I have gotten this guitar for my 18th birthday in 1981. It is my first "jazz" guitar, a meduim hollow body. The sound is jazzy to funky. Have been playing it for several years.
The only drawback are the pickups, I think. I would have liked a warmer sound on the bridge pickup, but that's a matter of my personal taste.
